Retailer Commitments
What we look for in Retailers
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in Retail and/or Service business with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills in a positive and safe work environment.
- An unwavering customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Initiative to drive business growth and enhance team performance through effective solutions and financial controls.
- Agility to respond to changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
- Passion for retail operations and community engagement.
Responsibilities Include
- Managing budgets (labor, supplies, other expenses, banking, minor maintenance).
- Overseeing team performance, health & safety, and compliance.
- Maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and brand adherence.
Investment Requirements
- Retailers are responsible for providing working capital for the initial purchase of convenience-store inventory, operating funds, for each location. Investment requirements typically range from $75,000 to $175,000 per location, depending on the size and location of the store, with an average investment of approximately $140,000 per location.
